HR Business Partner - onboarding (Madison, WI)

Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Madison. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
