HR Business Partner - onboarding (Madison, WI)

Nova Meadow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Madison. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Madison. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
