HR Business Partner - onboarding (Madison, WI)

Clearpath Ridge Medical Group is a Madison company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
