HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Rowan Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
