HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Bright Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
