HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood Hollow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
