HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Granite Press Group is a printer and publisher in Louisville serving local and national clients, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
