HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Orchard Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 405 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
