HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Nova Iron Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
