HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Quill Energy Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
