HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Sable Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
