HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Summit Fern Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Louisville area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
