HR Business Partner - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Iron Medical designs and makes medical devices in Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
