HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Vista Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
