HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Nova River Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
