HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
