HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Field Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Little Rock region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
