HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Drift Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
