HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Fox Construction is a Little Rock contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
