HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Vista Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 924 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
