HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
