HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Thistle Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 356 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
