HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Basin Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
