HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Ventures is a cultural organisation in Little Rock presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 405 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
