HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Sable Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
