HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Forge Care Services Associates is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
