HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
