HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
