HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Nest Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
