HR Business Partner - onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Little Rock area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
