What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
