HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
