HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Lakeside Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
