HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Hollow Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
