HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Keystone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Las Vegas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
