HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Lantern Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 225 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
