HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar North Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
