HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Las Vegas with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
