HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Bridge Farms Partners is an agricultural business based around Las Vegas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
