HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
