HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wilder Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
