HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Corner Auto Group is a Las Vegas company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
