HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Vale Staffing is a Las Vegas staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
