HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Las Vegas supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
