HR Business Partner - onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Ember Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
