HR Business Partner - onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Stone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Knoxville working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
