HR Business Partner - onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Kestrel Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 903 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
