HR Business Partner - onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sable Staffing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
