HR Business Partner - onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Knoxville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
