Amberfield Bridge Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals.
